Review Guide

• Users are responsible for the content of the reviews they post. Olive Young (US) may use user-generated reviews for service operation, promotion, and marketing purposes. Reviews are generally publicly displayed, but the method of display may be adjusted according to Olive Young (US)'s Service Policy.

Reward Points

• Text Review : Earn 0.15 P (Minimum 10 characters)
• Photo/Video Review : Earn 0.3 P
• If the purchase amount of the product is less than US$2 based on payment, review reward points will not be awarded.
• Points earned may be revoked in the case of order cancellation, return, or refund.
• Images must be PNG, GIF, or JPG files under 10MB, and up to 10 images may be uploaded per review.
• Reviews containing defamation, intellectual property infringement, personal information disclosure, offensive language, spam, or content unrelated to the product may be restricted or removed in accordance with applicable laws and Olive Young (US)'s policies.
• Duplicate reviews, reviews unrelated to the product, or content that may cause discomfort to other users may be restricted in accordance with Olive Young (US)'s Review Management Policy.
