Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Process
- Cancellations are only available while the order is in the "Order Confirmed" status. For later stages, please refer to our Return Policy.
- If a refund is issued upon cancellation, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Applied discounts or promotional offers cannot be changed or modified once the order is canceled.
- Used points will be restored once the cancellation is complete.
- Used coupons will be reinstated only if they remain valid at the time of refund. Expired coupons cannot be restored.

Return Policy
Return Process
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that we cannot process returns after this 30-day period has passed.
- Items purchased at the US Online Store cannot be returned at the US Store.
- Return requests can be made by submitting a 1:1 inquiry to our Customer Service Center. Please ensure you include all necessary documentation, such as a detailed reason for the return and photos.
- Requests based on product defects will be processed after an assessment by a Customer Service representative.
- Please check the return eligibility for each case. Returns due to customer responsibility will incur additional shipping fees and taxes, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Used points will be restored once the return is complete.
- Used coupons will be reinstated only if they remain valid at the time of refund. Expired coupons cannot be restored.
- Any points earned from the original purchase will be revoked upon return processing.

- All returns are subject to review and approval by OLIVE YOUNG. Returns may be limited or declined in cases of excessive returns, fraud, or suspected policy abuse.
- Refunds will be processed once the items have been received at our return address, which may take upward of 2 weeks.

If you wish to return an item via a private courier at your own expense, please note the following:
- We do not provide return labels. Please ship the item to the designated return address using a courier of your choice.
- Our customer support team provides an information file containing the essential details required for your pickup request. Please print this file and ensure it is enclosed with your return item. If it is not included, the return process may be delayed or unavailable.
- All shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments without prior agreement will be rejected. Any resulting return fees or disadvantages are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns and refunds may be denied or delayed if the order number cannot be verified.
- Items must be returned safely in their original packaging and condition.
- The customer is liable for any loss or damage during transit, which may limit refund eligibility.
