O.Y MEMBERS is OLIVE YOUNG US’s free rewards membership program available both on the US Online Store and in the US Store. Members earn and use points, enjoy exclusive benefits, and receive special offers. Points can be earned and used across both channels.
O.Y MEMBERS benefits apply only to purchases made on OLIVE YOUNG US and do not apply to local OLIVE YOUNG stores in Korea or other regions.
There are three membership tiers in O.Y MEMBERS: Friend, Green and Gold.
All members receive core benefits, while higher tiers unlock additional rewards. Benefits, including tier-exclusive offers, may change from time to time at OLIVE YOUNG US’s discretion.
Joining is free. Simply create an account (or sign in if you already have one).
Once you join, you'll be enrolled in the Friend tier immediately.
O.Y MEMBERS consists of three tiers. You become a Friend member immediately upon joining. Advancement to the Green and Gold tiers is based on your total purchase performance over a six-month period—either the first half of the year (January–June) or the second half of the year (July–December).
Tier reviews take place twice a year.
Your assigned tier is valid for six months.
If your purchase amount meets the criteria for a higher tier after your tier has been assigned in January or July, you will be upgraded immediately, without waiting for the next scheduled review.
You can track your purchase performance on the Membership page, which is updated daily. Once you meet the required purchase amount, your tier will be upgraded the following day.
Qualifying purchases include the net price of merchandise only, after discounts.
The following do not count toward tier status:
Only orders marked as "Shipped" (or completed in-store purchases) are counted and are reflected the next day.
Members earn points based on the net purchase amount of delivered orders.
To earn Bonus Point Multipliers (such as 2X, 3X, or 4X during O.Y MEMBERS' WEEK), you must activate the offer through the OLIVE YOUNG US app or a marketing email during the promotion period. Bonus points are calculated based on your tier's base earn rate.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared or gifted.

Purchase data is updated daily and reflects activity up to one day prior.
