In-Store Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns Policy
Olive Young is committed to making the return process simple and seamless for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with an US Store Olive Young purchase for any reason, Olive Young welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within thirty 15 days of purchase, in most cases.
To complete the return, you must have (1) proof of purchase, (2) your original form of payment, and (3) the purchased item along with any complimentary gifts received with your purchase.
Returns or exchanges must be completed at the store location where the item was originally purchased. Please see the "Final Sales" terms below for terms applicable to items sold by Olive Young as "Final Sale".

2. Eligibility Window for US Store Purchases
- Products in new or gently used condition may be returned or exchanged within thirty 15 calendar days of the purchase date.
- Requests made more than 15 days after the purchase date are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
3. Condition of the Product
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for products only in new or gently used condition.
- "Gently used" is assessed at the store's discretion.
- All original components and accessories provided at purchase (e.g., applicators, cables, inserts, manuals, promotional bundles included with the product) must be returned.
- Partial returns are not permitted. If you want to return part of your purchase, we are happy to process the return for the full order and help you repurchase the items you wish to keep.
4. Proof of Purchase and Verification
- A valid proof of purchase and the original form of payment are required for all returns and exchanges. If a purchase record is not provided by the purchaser and cannot be located or verified by Olive Young, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
- All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to verification and approval at Olive Young's discretion. Olive Young may refuse or limit returns or exchanges in cases of suspected policy abuse, including excessive returns, fraud, or misconduct.
5. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Food and beverage items;
- K-pop albums and merchandise; and gift box
- Complimentary gifts, items received as gifts
These final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, whether or not their packaging has been opened.
6. Where to Return or Exchange
- Items purchased US Store must be returned or exchanged at the same store where the purchase was made.
- Online purchases are not eligible for US Store returns or exchanges. See Returns & Exchanges for our online purchase refund and exchange policy.
7. Rewards, Coupons, and Promotions
- Reward points earned from the original purchase will be deducted upon a return and refund.
- Any Reward points redeemed on the original purchase of a returned item will be reinstated to your account upon refund.
- Olive Young Coupons used on the original purchase will be reinstated upon refund if unexpired as of the refund date. Coupons that have expired as of the refund date will not be reinstated.
- If a return causes the original order to fall below a promotional threshold (e.g., minimum spend), related promotional benefits may be adjusted or reversed.
8. Compliance and Changes to Policy
- Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable law. If this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will govern.
- CJ Olive Young USA Inc. may update this policy periodically by revising the posted notice and updating policy on website, etc.
