Products are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placement, and will arrive within the timeframe above after shipment.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping destinations may be further restricted depending on the product type. (See Section 4: Hazardous Materials)
  • Actual transit times may vary depending on the carrier, destination and factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high-volume peak seasons (i.e. Black Friday, Holidays).
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on the following holidays:
    • New Year's Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Day after Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Eve
    • Christmas Day

4. Hazardous Materials

Certain items such as aerosols, alcohol-based products, and nail polish are restricted from air transport under U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) regulations and must be shipped via ground shipping only.

  • Orders containing hazardous materials can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S. (48 states).
  • Items subject to this restriction will be identified during checkout.

5. Haven't received your package yet?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy & Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a current, complete, and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments due to incorrect address information. Shipments sent to the address on file are deemed successfully completed upon shipment.
  • Risk of Loss & Theft: All items are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The Company is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, or stolen after delivery. The carrier's official tracking status (e.g., "Delivered") shall serve as proof of delivery and establish the official delivery date.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders with shipping addresses located outside the United States or to restricted destinations.
