Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying. Apply a thin layer of La Roche-Posay Effaclar BPO Acne Treatment to affected areas once daily. Because excessive drying may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.,,If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. Avoid contact with eyes and lips. Use sunscreen during the day while using this product.

When using this product
• Skin irritation and dryness are more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time.
• Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, and mouth.
• Avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics, which may be bleached by this product.
• Skin irritation may occur, characterized by redness, burning, itching, peeling, or possibly swelling. Irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently or in a lower concentration.
Stop use and ask a doctor if Irritation becomes severe.
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Return Process
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that we cannot process returns after this 30-day period has passed.
- Items purchased at the US Online Store cannot be returned at the US Store.
- Return requests can be made by submitting a 1:1 inquiry to our Customer Service Center. Please ensure you include all necessary documentation, such as a detailed reason for the return and photos.
- Requests based on product defects will be processed after an assessment by a Customer Service representative.
- Please check the return eligibility for each case. Returns due to customer responsibility will incur additional shipping fees and taxes, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Used points will be restored once the return is complete.
- Used coupons will be reinstated only if they remain valid at the time of refund. Expired coupons cannot be restored.
